If one has already used file number for appointment and later realised that there is some mistake like I selected occupation Unemployed instead of student, what should I do now? Pls suggest guys..one more thing i didn't mention address of accommodation as the college is guarantor so i missed it😢

Hello, i went to the vfs chennai and submitted my documents on 23 may 2024 and on 27 may i got a mail that your application is ready to collected at vfs chennai..though i opted for courier facility as i live in hyderabad city..they are saying to sign some document and write e- mail regarding this... can you guyz pls help me out what is the consent document is about and why we should sign this ??
