But I have not gone deep into the actual statistics so therefore I cannot completely disagree with you. But from this little discussion, i've seen the indespensable need for a system which can reduce centralisation of resources by any one group, may it be companies or organisations. So for this particular problem ; we need to find workable but flexible solutions. All the best! :-)
