Yes but he wasn’t in London during the first. During the second he worked as an emergency medic in London and saw a lot of people torn apart as a result of bombings.

@Juan Perez Since when did "degenerate" become a phrase exclusive to Nazis? WTF? What kind of school of thought were you indoctrinated into? Anything can be degenerate, nazism especially. It doesn't take a genius to understand that most of his artwork looks like it came out of a nightmare.
