This video is amazing. I bet soccer players the world over have no idea many of the tricks they perform are 50 years older than they think. I can't imagine they watched performances like this and copied them. Art that is the same but reached by different people for different reasons many many years apart is an interesting concept.

I had always been a fan of Jack Benny, and been in awe of Francis Brunn and sister Lotte's talents, but I hadn't seen this piece before. I'm struck by how well Benny fits into Brunn's act, considering in those early days of TV, they probably spent no more than a few hours rehearsing together.
