Please teach us to be humble with ourselves through their examples, especially in our modern times it very hard to follow the foot steps and their good works in following the gospel.

Encouraging to learn a pious Christian lives in the hard twisted wicked time unsurrendered to the worldly life. St Francis is loved for his innocence and purity by birds and animals familiarity. Some Catholic priests are respectable.

Yes this little documentary es very good I always liked Saint Francis he is patron of animal and nature. Animals can be our friends and nature is what allows us to live on this earth. !!

Thank you for posting this excellent biographical film, which encourages us to live our lives according to the Gospel! God and His Kingdom truly deserve First Place in our hearts! I thank God for the example of His followers who, like Francis and Clare, love God with all of their heart, all of their soul, all of their mind and all of their strength! I know it was a very long time ago, and I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes by now, but I wonder where those making this film got the birthdate for Clare? The date I have for her birth is 16 July 1194. The film says 1193.
