Oborin and Oistrakh, Gilels and Kogan are duo- giants of the Soviet era, who were rarely allowed to perform abroad. It’s amazing, we have some high quality recordings made with top recording companies( EMI for example), so we can appreciate and admire their artistry.

I love the sound quality of older recordings such as this one. It evokes a kind of nostalgia, especially when hearing a beautifully lyrical piece such as this sonata played by two masters of the art.

Jahrhundert!

It's always the Heifetz fans. They are devoted to one fiddler only. They're on every thread, "But Heifetz plays it......" whatever. Or, I heard a B note at 31:02 that was 1/millionth sharper than it should have been. I know because I have perfect pitch, even more perfect than the other guy that has perfect pitch and can only hear in thousandths of a pitch. They are bores, or even trolls.

@@marcosorrentiakaditirambo9306 KZfaq "pays" you by providing a free service, in the same sense that a provider of service "pays" for your fees by providing a service. @@Glockenzunge got It, but my point's still the same: whoever did upload this vid is actually making money out of those ads; KZfaq is planty of classical music free-adds videos. The only difference here is that, the uploader is taking profits over others playing.
@leesiheon80134 жыл бұрын
@@marcosorrentiakaditirambo9306 The uploader does not profit. If you see at the bottom of the description, the music is automatically licensed by various music distributers, etc. who earn money off of the music because it is copyrighted. Even if the uploader would try to monetize the video, KZfaq will demonetize them and probably license them to the distributors. Don't just throw around blame without justification. If you want proof of this (even though I should already have given you plenty), read Ashish's (another classical music uploader) comment on one of their videos. They express how frustrating it is to have the blame put on them even though KZfaq does it.
