2 Years after one of the most talked about fights in Irish boxing, @francy_luzoho was all set to return to the ring in Spain and seemed more than ready for his return. Unfortunately boxing, like life, can be full of cruel twists and turns and when fully warmed up and literally minutes from walking out for his bout, word came through that his opponent had registered a positive covid test earlier in the day and the fight was off. It was fair to say that the large Irish contingent and connections from @slatersportsconsultancy and @orourkesgym, ironically one of Francys previous training homes, were gutted for him and rallied round and had a replacement fight on 4th June in Luxembourg sorted before he left the venue.
What comes though here is the intensity of 'The Butcher Boy' Luzoho who feels he has blossomed training in @championsgymlanzarote with Jonathan O'Brien and his next outing should be an interesting one for Irish boxing fans to see how Luzoho fas come on since his war with Marty Quinn.
