When Harvey got Frank's finger, and the sound effect game, you could feel the darkest Harvey would ever get, his true rage totally diferent from when he snapped at Mike or Louis, it's first time we see he has it on him.

8:17 can someone explain the tape thing to me a bit. "out of the chain of custody," does that mean it was destroyed, it was invalid? Does it mean a someone was paid off to so someone else could steal it?

It could have been any number of things, the police have several steps to the COC from collection and documentation to storage and maintaining records. If any of them aren't followed the other side can have it argued to be thrown out as valid evidence.

7:33 has always confused me. Why would Harvey tell Cahill that Mike is a fraud when Cahill was his enemy until he helped him take down Woodall and Forstman? It's a weird thing to be mad about

This is after the trial where Mike admitted he was a fraud. Cahill’s statement meant “I thought you came to me to apologize for lying to me, instead of asking me to do you a favor”

The nerve on Rachel to speak to Harvey in that manner when all he is doing is trying to tie loose ends to the situation. Season 1 Harvey would have sent that whatever name paralegal packin. I don’t even think she would have made into his office. Harvey got softer and more feminine in the later seasons.

This entire comment is full of unacceptable remarks. Harvey values loyalty highly and cares about Mike AND Rachel, having more than just a working relationship with them - they're family. And she's scared, as anyone would be in that situation. Beyond that, the Harvey of the earlier seasons was extraordinarily detached from his emotions and had a lot to work through from his past - he had fantastic character growth and moved beyond the toxicity of the "caring makes you weak" mindset. This means you see him handle situations differently and with more emotional maturity, which is only a positive thing.
