There have always been problems with bits of machinery falling occasionally into food. In early 1970s my brother always sliced his hotdog lengthwise, and one day a shiny machine screw was in the middle of it. Didn't tell anyone about it just began slicing hotdogs. Never happened again. So one reported incident causes total recall these days, understandably. They don't want to be sued. Glad that the pizza was good for a good price. Steamy humid hot weather, getting a lot of use from fans 24 hours a day. Heat waves not my thing. Glad food reviews are good for views.
