Nothing they can do to his current kit will fix him or make him viable; his current kit as a fundamental CONCEPT just doesn't work in Brawl Stars anymore. If he's getting a rework similar to Penny's (not including all her visuals and design revamp), then it would be pretty outrageous, considering how long we had to wait.

Franks hypercharge will give him a bonus 10000000000000000000000000000000 Health, but he only does 2 damage and zone 1 shots him so it’s not broken :)
