Agreed, very special city! The first one that I worked in Internationally from the US. I regret that I changed jobs to Stuttgart and eventually left Germany all together. I am so glad to still have a foundation of friends there as I am now in boring Belgium. However, I missed you showing Zeil str. and the old town area leading to the river front :(

@Venula Tharusha I thought it is natural that if you start a war and lose it, you lose territories. Besides that, Poland didn't set its borders after World War II. It was settled by The Big Three, not by us. Our borders have also moved to the west, we have lost the eastern territories. We might as well now have a claim for war reparations from Germany. In addition, historically, Silesia, which you are talking about, for a long time belonged not only to Germany, but also to Poland and the Czech Republic. Pomerania also belonged to Poland for some time.

Those who live here also refer to it as „Mainhatten“ because the river you see in the Video is called Main and Frankfurt is Europes little New York. I wouldn’t say it is a beautiful city, but it has some really nice spots. If you want to see or visit really beautiful cities in Germany, try Heidelberg or Münster. No skyscrapers, but lots of atmosphere.
