The sausage you checked out on the sign and the one you ordered were two different ones. The one you ordered Botifarra Perol has heart, tongue stomach, etc. literally all the insides. The one on the sign was a mushroom sausage which would have been a meat and mushrooms blend. I’ve had Perol before and I was not a fan lol.

Looked like a nice place. As a German I would have gone for the German sausages. 😊 That market was fantastic. I miss places like that. I did go to a big indoor market in Baltimore and in Philadelphia once before. They where great. Where I live now we just have a small farmers market in the summer. Prices are much higher than in Germany so, or what's available in the grocery stores.

That was a good price for the Frankfurter, sausage and water, it would probably be over $20 in the United States. Thanks for the extra footage it is nice to see places I'll never get to go.

One of the best hot dogs I ever had was from a street cart In the small island of Portugal Sao Miguel , I think about it everytime I crave a hotdog 👍

Omg was in Barcelona last week what a great city...as a Wisconsinite saw a frankfurter place near Ninot Market had to try a brat! Not bad but not as good as Wisconsin I'd give em a 7...anyway love your channel and hope you enjoy España! BTW was I NYC in November tried to get to Billy's he wasn't there and had to settle for a Gray's Papaya on your advise for good dogs! 👍🏿

Hi Chris, I'm from barcelona, Frankfurt is not a chain it is like we call the "hot dog" so frankfurt is the name of the food haha but nice video I love to see foreign people come to bcn and see how they pronounce the words hahah!

It's $1.06. But NO ONE gives you that rate. If you buy Euros, it's $1.20 minimum.
