In this layout tour series, I re-visit the Franklin & South Manchester (2021) This time I tried to capture all of the scenes and detail on this awesome layout. This is Part 1 of a two part series. Enjoy!

The amount of time, talent, and effort that went into this layout is just insane. You could stay there for hours and still miss some little detail. Something that was happening in the town. I really loved everything about it - so consistently done throughout the entire build as well. And... of course it has Prince Albert in a Can advertisements. This is definitely up there in terms of my favorite layouts I've seen in my lifetime :)

Is this railroad Empire in the vicinity of New Haven Connecticut? This is one of the most highly detailed and beautiful layouts I have ever seen.

This layout is located in Peabody Massachusetts. If you look at the Fine Scale Miniatures Facebook page. There is always information on it. There is currently an open house scheduled for 1/27/23. I have visited this layout twice and if you haven’t seen it in person, I highly recommend it!

God, I wish the photographer would zoom in closer to some of those set pieces. The attention to detail is amazing. I could watch for hours. Don’t even care about the trains running.

Lol....you're ALWAYS going to miss stuff on this fantastic layout! It's amazing. I've been following since it's inception (...or since it became "known") and I still ALWAYS see something new. Incredibly detailed and a beautiful work of art. And it truly is a work of art!

Yes he is. If you check on the Fine Scale Miniatures Facebook group, they usually post the dates there. Hope you get to see it in person. Just give yourself enough time. Takes awhile to see it.
