Frappe Coffee with milk • ☕🥛🤌

Happy Tuesday everybody 🙌
Over a week ago I posted a Frappe recipe and a few of you asked me to try it with the milk, so I thought I'd share the result here and it definitely worth a try 🤤
The recipe itself remains the same as what I've posted before to make a Frappe:
Recipe:
1. Add two tablespoons of instant coffee into the mason jars
2. Add sugar (I added one tablespoon but it is optional)
3. Add cold water (I did about 60ml)
4. Close the lid really well (trust me because I thought I did and I spilled some 😂)
5. Shake it till you lose it 🪇
6. Now, in another cup add ice
7. Add the mixture
8. Top off with cold water
9. Add Milk and see the magic ✨
10. Enjoy ❤️

listen people.. in order to make a Greek frappe, you mix the coffee with the sugar with just a splash of water, mix it with a mixer with a fee ice cubes, add a little of extra cold water and ice cubes and that's it. there is not real measurement, just the tablespoons of coffee and sugar. 2 spoons of coffee, 2 sugars if you want your coffee with medium sugar, unless add or loose a table spoon.

Una cuchara de café instantáneo una cuchara de azúcar agua que llegue hasta la mitad del recipiente se cierra el recipiente y se bate fuerte y después leche se revuelve con cuchara y en otro recipiente se echa hielo en cubos y después tu café preparado y a saborear que delicia 😋

This is a Greek coffee and as a person who grew up in Greece. I would like to advise you to shake a bit less a you made it a lot more foamy than it should be. And also try to use less milk and preferably canned as it mixes better. Point of this is to not treat it as americanized Starbucks or these ice latte's out there!!

Sugar. Instant coffee when you shake it especially with ice to create friction it does this.

How much time required to shake and make it puffy

@@mr-hurii4232put 1-2 ice in the bottle and then shake it, shake until the sound of ice stops coming from the bottle. It means the ice has melted. then you can put it in the glass. It take 2-3 minutes only.
