Three frat brothers of Sigma Lambda Omega (James Franco, Sudeikis, and Moynihan) haze a pledge (Samberg) by having him read their mail, add their bills, teach them how to tie their shoes and explain childbirth among other things. [Season 35, 2009]

It might be the late night talking, but this was actually kind of sweet. I can only hope that Andy and his three Lost Boys children (I have to assume they're adult kidnapping victims of some kind) developed a friendship where they help each other grow and learn as people. Maybe Andy will regain his childlike wonder at the world? Maybe the three stooges will learn some kind of factual knowledge about the universe? Who knows.

You'd be surprised how accurate this was... I left my frat after my freshman year because 90% of them were more dumb than your typical highschool dropout. Also, over 75% of them had no idea what their daddies did, they just knew he was "important" and sent them money every month.
@bigrigJim
@bigrigJim 5 жыл бұрын
Most high school dropouts aren't too bright , but not all of them. A guy in my high school dropped out in the beginning of 11th grade and started his own company . By the time the rest of us graduated the dude had a dozen employees and was driving around in a new Corvette.

@@bigrigJim Conversely, there are college-educated adults with less general knowledge than a primary school kid. The kind of people who just coasted through and did the bare minimum, crammed for exams but never actually went to classes so they didn't retain any of the knowledge...just wanted the "experience" and the piece of paper.

Sad. It wasn't like this at my school. Some frats had really high standards for who they'd accept (had to have good grades, personality, looks) and some had lower standards and had some douchebags, but most of the guys were overall smart. I guess it's probably different at different schools though.

LOL...so true, the only thing missing is booze! We had a pledge once that didn't know how to use a lawn mower...we told him to mow the grass and a half hour latter we went to see what was taking so long, and he was still just standing there looking at it, when we asked him what he was doing he said "I think its broken, cause when I push it nothing happens"....we had to show him how to use the pull start.... also, every dress function we had, I was the only one in the house that knew how to tie a tie...one of the guys that I tied his tie for, used the same tie for 4 years, he never undid the knot he would just loosen it a little and slip is off and hang it up still tied for next time!!!
