I don't know what is it about Fred again but man your songs make me cry, or you tap into deep emotions which have been needing to come out for a while. I lost my dad 8 years ago and I've never been the same since. Being broke and bent out of shape is so relatable. As is being lost for a while. Life goes on and is beautiful, but you have this undercurrent of sadness stirring beneath the surface. Nothing will ever be the same, and you've forever changed as a person and how you view the world.

Ive heard your Boiler Room set over 100 times since then and the ending always just make me break down in ways I never could of imagined. I could never imagine someone's words saying the same thing that goes on in my mind ever since a semi crashed into me 9 years ago. I feel you so much Fred, because that's when I realized that the hardest thing isn't what we go through. Its when the people we truly love experience the unspeakable. I can only imagine what my parents went through when they got a call at 1am saying that their youngest child had just been in an accident caused by a semi truck. In the end, all we can do is try and now this is the song is on repeat in my head when Im finishing a run or staying after to help a student.
