Jomar Bontia There is NO effective defense from a determined knife attack . Except run..if you can ..any fool can stab you ..it dosent take any skill..

My mentor is 78 years old I cannot disarm him even I'm stronger than him. He taught me how to safeguard the knife from any grappling or armlock or Handtwist or armtwist. always remember this let your two hand Always in support each other ,helping each other . if one is caught and one is there to make a release. If the right is lock and the left is open to help the right to release. My mentor is expert in locking and expert in how to release from lock and expert in changing the situation the locker will be lock by his lock. The skills is military combat he improve that skills of counter combat and counter lock.

Jomar Bontia I was talking about defending against a knife attack .Ive seen a lot of bullshit WOO WOO CRAP . Even with a firearm ..An attackker can slice and Dice you before you get off a shot . Thats the reallity ...

Vous avez raison dans un sens andvari. De ce que nous avons appris lors de ce stage ( d'un oeil extérieur car nous avons filmé l'évènement) c'est que répondre parfaitement à chaque situation avec lucidité demande de l'entraînement et de la répétition. Il est clair qu'exécuter une technique une seule foi , ne vous permettra pas de vous sortir de situation délicate. Fred maestro à penser et étudier ses techniques pour une meilleure efficacité et franchement c'est du lourd .

Tommy studio surtout ce sont des mouvements qui ne sont pas naturels mon frère avec le stress le cerveau se met en mode reptiliens et du coup impossible de faire des mouvements aussi précis on est des humains les films d’action nous ont menti tu le sais très bien ;) perso je fais un mélange de close combat silat ,kapap ,kalah system et je peux te dire j’ai à tout cassé 9 technique j’ai que des mouvement simple naturel en 8 semaines d’apprentissage tu es près au combat je ne suis pas instructeur je suis juste un passionné de system de combat

@@Tommystudio06 No. Its bullshit... You cant risk that the attacker with a knife doesnt cut his neck. All Mastro sytem is just theft of multiple other systems and concepts, such as for example silat, kali etc...

we really don't think so. The place where he hits is theoretically the best solution for this kind of situation to avoid injuring the victim. ( but we are not experts in martial arts at tommy studio so we won't disagree with you ) . After all martial arts systems are inspired by something fred mastro is no different but treating the person a thief it is a bit exagerate .

Ce sont des techniques faites par des professionnels et un stage sur le thème de la sécurité rapproché .... clefs de bras prises patate dans la poire ne sont peut être pas suffisamment efficace ??!?
