The problem is all the olden-day comedians are recorded on tape - unlike in previous years when they molded themselves on their heroes - and so we all have seen their versions of humour before - it restricts creativity somewhat

Bastards to the last, destroyed his reputation, a true genious of British comedy. nobody to day can compare, they are all unfunny crap. Even comedy to day seems to follow strict quota, I have yet to see a truly funny woman comedian that compare to him, it seems like that we are expected to laugh at their mostly vulgar non jokes especially if they come from a of a minority group, thank God that I am too old to have to complay. and I don't give a fuck of any one's opinion.

Thank you so much for uploading pierced6966. Freddie was a comedy genius. From an era we will sadly never see again. It was so sad he was abandoned by his showbiz 'friends' towards the end of his life. The only thing he was ever guilty of was being an extremely funny man. RIP Freddie and thank you for keeping millions entertained for many years. God bless x

You're kind of rewriting history here... It wasn't the accusations that lost him friends.. It was his antics.. I love Freddie. I still watch his videos. But you have to accept Freddie upset most of his showbiz friends who in the end wouldn't work with him.. Watch the documentary Freddie Starr ate my hamster on KZfaq filmed while he was still alive. He'd made a lot of enemies even before the accusations
