Settlers also ran him over with their car and gave him some kind of brain damage because Ahmad says he can’t remember events from his life. Where was the justice for that? @@93yoyo360 Many of those convicted and serving time accepted plea bargains to avoid prolonged pretrial detention and sham military trials, which have a nearly 100 percent conviction rate against Palestinians. Many are detained without conviction and insufficient evidence and improper trials. The Israeli legal system is illegal and apartheid with so many flaws - the international community is aware. Even children go through horrific interrogation and are abused in Israeli prisons.

Actually there is no proof , however his cousing was shot and killed for the supposed stabbing , he was ran over a car and perhaps tourted and imprison for 8 years for a supposed crime his cousin committed.

First off, Israeli court determined he was not guilty of any stabbing. There is no evidence or substantiated charges against him. He was also 13 years old. He was literally ran over by settlers and were those settlers charged with running over a child? No. Was his brain damage treated or even looked at? No, yet Ahmad cannot remember events from his life after he was hit by the car. He needs proper medical treatment. Instead he was wrongfully imprisoned- KIDNAPPED, and taken out of Palestinian territory and into Israel’s jails, which is a war crime and illegal. Even the UN has called for his release but ‘Israel’ refuses. Ahmad has developed schizophrenia from being placed into solitary confinement and tortured. Can you imagine the effects of this on a child’s development? He was THIRTEEN YEARS OLD. He’s been held for almost a decade. He was robbed of a childhood, robbed of his family, an education, LOVE and care. And for what? Again, he did not stab anybody. And even if he had, under international law, East Jerusalem is occupied Palestine. Illegal settlers and occupation soldiers have no right to be there. The Palestinians have the legal right to resist occupation under any means necessary- including violence. There’s no legal justification for his imprisonment even if he had stabbed anyone.
