Hey, This is my second channel. My first is a gaming channel based around Diablo 2 Resurrected with tens of thousands of subscribers. Link below to check it out. If you see any animations i do in those videos feel free to comment and ask for a tutorial. I could always use good ideas.

Brother I can't actually express the words the words the words...I just sat through about an hours worth of videos trying to figure out how to even begin to use Fusion and come to find out, because of you, I didn't even have to touch that rat nest...thank you, from the bottom of my heart, so much.

If you're having trouble with black bars and shit do this: 1. drag the green animation to your timeline 2. Put the playhead over the animation and enter FUSION tab 3. In fusion tab press "ctr+space" and write "delta keyer" then press add 4. Put "delta keyer" node between media in and media out nodes. 5. Drag the small dropper from the top right corner of the screen over the green background (you must drag it, doesn't work if you only press) 6. Go back to edit tab and now you can do whatever you want with it, move it, make it bigger or smaller, etc. It works perfectly, no black lines, no problems. I've used it in any format like this,, shorts or normal videos. It will be independent of anything else on screen. You don't need to create new composite or VFX. Do only the above steps !

Although it could just be a skill issue on my end, your steps were simple and easy to follow and gave the absolute best results. Can confirm this works in davinci 18, but to transform it, you need to change it to a fusion clip (just like one of the comments mentioned). Also, the video of the clip wasn't importing for whatever reason, only the sound was. I fixed this by importing the clip from the cut panel instead of the edit panel. The drag and drop didn't work for me.

On DaVinchi 18 you have to create a new fusion clip NOT new compound clip, then it works fine.👍

It does not work well, at least not in Davinci18 I have a solution that works perfectly, and I found it after watching this video so I will try and explain it very clear : 1. drag the green animation to your timeline 2. Same I thought I was the only one. If anybody figure out a fix can you please let me know? Edit: I just found an alternative solution. Click on the subscribe button video and under inspector scroll down to composite. By default the composite should say normal, change this to add and that allows you to resize the subscribe button. It does change the look by making it kinda see through but this is what I did to fix the problem lol. Let me know if you need help.

This works GREAT... EXCEPT for one thing. I for the life of me cannot figure out how to reposition the animation. I see you doing it and it looks so easy but what keyboard or mouse shortcut are you using? NOTHING works for me. So the only option I have is that the animation flys in directly over my face right in the middle of the screen. I'd like to move it down further and over into the lower right corner. Any direction would be much appreciated.

Make sure there aren't any symbols in the name of the file. That's the most common reason I find files won't drag and drop in.
