you are the best Jeremy. Better than a lot of CCNA course on Udemy. I was not actively watching your videos for quite a while, since I tried the impossible - taking 3 courses on Udemy , namely CCNA, RHSA, and windows 2016 server. It really take much more time. To be simple, we need to take 1 at a time.

Well done, very good video and after watching I started thinking about Wifi 6 n the 6GHz band. Before I passed CCNA, I only focused on 2.4GHz and 5GHz band.

Had to run this video at 0.75 ... so much info and even then still has to pause from time to time to catch up on the notes! And I am already formally trained in radio frequency, RF propagation and appropriate antenna designs. Was good to expand that info into the 802.11 world though.

Pls jeremy tell me the right answer for this question! Which signal frequency appears 60 times per minute? A. 1 Hz signal B. 1 GHz signal C. 60 Hz signal D. 60 GHz signal

lol i dont know if this is late. but the answer is 1hz. 60 cycles per minute equals 60 cycles in 60 seconds. thats one cycle per second. and hertz is number of cycles per second. big ups to jeremy. hes an amazing teacher

Thanks, Jeremy, great in-depth video, However, quiz-4 seems to be the wrong answer (b & c). correct should be (a & c), as, ESS - each BSS can use the same SSID (23:00); however, when we talk about multiple VLAN on the same BSS, we have different SSID and different BSSID ( one assigned as virtual BSSID assigned as incremented value) (25.40) - Correct?

25:40 demonstrates creating multiple BSSs, each mapped to a different VLAN on the wired network. It's not referring to ESSs.

Quick question: if a single AP is providing multiple BSSes how are the BSSIDs formatted? Does the WAP have a single MAC it increments? Or does each BSS transmit from a distinct radio inside the WAP, which in turn has a distinct MAC?

Yeah you would have to configure them on the AP as well.

I think in Quiz 5 that b and c are both to select because each BSS do not need separate VLANs.
