I’m 10+minutes into the training and honestly my head is about to explode with the amount of info they are giving. I finished the recommended (ISC)2 training and really grasped the training and completed my certificate. I will push through this training and hopefully I can connect the dots.

Thank you. The (ISC)2 took me about 2.5 weeks it’s a great training and allows you to revisit and retake tests along the way for better comprehension. This NIST training says you can complete in 3 hours-I am taking my time as this is a lot of information in a short period of time.

@dianes7572 Thank you . I hope this NIST completion certificate is somehow considered as a valued cert compared to other certs like the ones from isc2 , comptia etc 🙂

@tonye.8023 Yes. It's a cert . I was just trying to compare the importance and value of this NIST completion cert with globally known certs like CC for isc2 , Conptia and others

⁠@BoydClewis I stumbled onto your channel and I’m actually in the process of transitioning from the med field to IT. I’m starting some classes soon at ACI in Irving. I’m in the Fort Worth area. I’ve been told some certs are needed to get your foot in the door etc but seeing what you offer seems better then what I’ve watched before on other channels. Love to get some help from you.

I’m no genius but what I’ve been learning from all the knowledge on YT. Find courses online i know Google have one and also volunteer some where even if it’s a hour on the weekends or after school. Not sure what area you are in but here in dc we have a lot of FREE schools. Once you get the experience from the volunteer work and add it to your resume you are one step closer

@@manu-punjaban I believe it’s $200 but if you sign up as a ISC2 Candidate and finish the online training you get a voucher for your 1st test
