I feel like Warren would've done so much better if she would've pressured by cutting her opponent off insteaf of following her like that. At the same time she should've added more pressure by throwing combinations and ending with a kick. She kept admiring her shots way too much, specifically het right hand. You can't throw a punch and then pause or wave your hand around instead of bringing it right back to your check. That's how you get slept.

I felt it was a little closer than the judges, but Lydia definitely won. I Meaghan could have put something together on the ground, it might have been different. But a definite win for Lydia. First time I've seen either. They are both great.

Excellent recovery on both fighters the take downs went both ways however the incumbent has the burden than the retainer of the belt bout' good job Lydia, the ground grappling that penning wanted, was reversed the leg hold after and using positioning to drop her was allowing both fighters to maintain on their feet bouncing... I don't know what the surface was in the cage, but it was unsuitable for the event. Whenever they were on the cage you could see that their feet were sliding on the covering. Unsuitable as well as possible dangerous. There were wrinkles in the material which could lead to a slip or inadvertent trip. They should do better if all the protestations of caring for the fighters well being above all are more than just lip service.

Lydia was more composed and just landed more shots. I think she easily won the first round. The second round was a draw. And the third round she edged out slightly with more punches landed.

Get a better ref. Penning spent half of round 2 with her toes in the cage.

Red was the better boxer, plus she did that damage on blue. Blue had some good wrestling moments and a near finish on a submission after using her opponent's wrestling against her. I like watching a BJJ fighter use a wrestler's wrestling against them, and she did that well, and I think it was enough to take that round, but Red won the fight for me 29-28
