How to get your free flying mount Tulpar, before getting to level 30. Your level will be somewhere in the 20s, just depending on how much XP you obtained during the first couple of quest lines. If you skipped this early in the game, you can always come back and do the appropriate quest lines to claim your free flying mount, regardless of what level you are, even if you are level 65.
