Any1 get capped at 60 with this new driver??? Im so frustrated atm because no matter what i do now since this driver update all my games cap at about 60 (yes all vsync settings are off) everything set to lowest possible setting on driver and game settimgs and now any fps game is almost unplayable ..im using rx5500xt

I experience that problem too Its not the drivers fault actually its the radeon chill setting turn it off, you can see it in the same vid.

My 37" lcd tv native resolution is only support 1360x768. After enable super resolution, I switch my desktop and games resolution to 1080p. Am I down scaling my RX6600?

Lower you game resolution, if you have 2k monitor go to 1080 and it will upgrade it to 2k

Then you will have 60FPS If your GPU makes 200FPS , and you have 60Hz monitor you bil see 60FPS and other 140FPS goes to trash so yeh...😅

Yes, in theory. The idea is that you tell the game "Okay, you only have to render this in 1080p instead of 2k" and then AMD super resolution "guesses" how it's supposed to look in 2k and does its best to add in the missing pixels around object edges so that everything looks crisp. You're giving the card significantly less work and (hopefully) not being able to tell the difference very much.
