I wouldn’t say attempted assault. Once Holmes did that “come on, come on!” With his hand and ADVANCED towards Jed, he engaged into the possibility of an altercation. This is more of a disorderly conduct disturbance. He can take it to court and it will just be another thing to go through if they charge him with something more. But who knows, I’m just going off of the “clean hands” notion. Both were at fault in my opinion.

Someone can say come on all they want,that’s not threatening, when someone threatens physical harm that is legally an assault. He’ll likely be trespassed from that building as well, especially since he isn’t a resident and really has no business even speaking at those meetings.
