Hi there! Unfortunately there is no formal logic for causation. First, causation is very hard to prove, so we don't usually know something like "A causes B." Second, causal elements are not usually absolute or exclusive. So even if A does cause B, we don't know that it always causes B, and we don't know when the effect will occur. For instance, you might agree with the statement "Germs cause sickness" but not with the statement "Without sickness, there are no germs." We'd only be able to use a contrapositive if we knew that any time germs were present, we immediately became sick.
