as a paranoid human i was skeptical abt this but i read online abt this method n looked at few more video n said Allah name n started this process. u hv to b patient as the prep and transfer may take time even though mine said 15 mins it was more like 45 mins or so n the whole process took maybe 1.5 hours n i was just only moving my watsapp from android to ios. but i can happily say that it def woked. thank you brother.

Thank you very much bro for this video. Its really very important for the people moving from android. I finished my back up in second time I would recommend to reduce the size of your whatsapp and delete all videos and pictures unnecessary occupying the space. Also its a time consuming process so it can take upto 4 hours depending on the size of your whatsapp data

I had 3.5 gigs of wp data but it took hardly an hour to complete the process. I would say try to reduce the size of your wp backup as much as possible by deleting unimportant media. Also, just make sure to reset and erase the iPhone, and then install this app and follow as per onscreen procedure. Just be patient and dont skip any of the steps. First make sure that your whatsapp is updated to the latest version and then clear some of your whatsap medias data or irrelevant chats... Try to make data at least below 1gb and it will surely work☺

But charging from 5 to 100 reduces charging cycle, right? Charging 100 times using 20-80 method is equivalent to charging approximately 70 times using 5-100 method. Please clear my doubt brother.

Thanks for the video Nabeel sir, But earlier I did not know that this feature exist so apparently I am using whatsapp on my iphone with whatsapp data synced with icloud (as iOS doesn’t allow goolge/drive acount to backup whatsapp chats) so in order to get my (older) chats is it possible that I can merge both my iCloud account and Google accounts whatsapp chats into one? Or else if I do this process of erasing my phone and then copying my old chats from my android phone, Will the iCloud allow me to get my the (newer)whatsapp chats back to my iPhone. What is the point of transferring all photos and videos to your new phone? Those photos and videos should be on Google cloud (if you are moving from Android) and stay there. Because for people who have already filled their Android's memory let's say 256gb and moving to a 256gb iPhone, it makes no sense to completely fill up the iPhone on day 1. Am I missing anything??

I followed each and every step and it took 6 hours. I did this twice so in a total of 12+ hours. Must be because I have a large amount of WhatsApp data. But the real problem is that it stops transferring my WhatsApp data at 40% and has been stuck ever since. It asks me to either skip import or retry and upon retrying, it doesn't do anything. Please! Hi Nabeel, Thanks for the video. I tried it and after trasferring 40% of chat, it shows me Some error and skip back-up. What should I do in this case

Same issue. When I installed whatsapp on my iphone afater backup and clicked start, I retrieved upto 40% then a message pops up by iphone that something went wrong and give 2 options, skip back up or retry. I clicked on retry 10-15 times but same issue.
