Free method - OBS live stream to Facebook and Youtube at the same time!

In this video I'll show you a new plugin for OBS that allows you to stream to multiple destinations at the same time. Using this method you can live stream to Facebook and KZfaq at the same time without using a 3rd party paid service.

Wow. It took a bit of back and forth through multiple screens to follow your tutorial but I got there. To anyone watching this I suggest watch it through once. Then again taking notes and again for real. Took me about 30 mins to get it set up. Thank you so much for making this video. This weekend I hope to do my first live stream on KZfaq. Now I can do Facebook as well!

This method works for me using the OSB encoder for the extra channel, Will check if my computer and bandwith can handle more ! A huge thank you to Steven for explaining all that very well.

Very detailed, Sir. Thank you very much for this info. I've been wondering how to do this, and with this KZfaq video of yours, it has finally become possible. It's very valuable to many of us who can't afford commercial solutions (update for the less technically inclined - obs-multi-rtmp has an executable installer now, but using the zipped version will still give you more knowledge and understading of how this works).

Great info I have done this a few times on my other channels. I would love to try and make this more interactive with the views. Kinda of like switcher studio or streamyard... So you can pull up live comments and post them.. Im sure its possible with OBS and using a stream deck or something... Just need to wrap my head around it.

I use a dedicated video encoder to stream my live streams. It can handle 3 destinations at the same time. My PC is more like a video mixer for sound and video. I play on a Xbox one X.

One thing nice about this plugin is it's great for Twitch, as if you streaming to Twitch in the regular settings, you can still use the VOD track to record audio to while setting a music track to not record to the VOD and avoid music copywrite issues if set correctly.
