Dear Sir, you have erased my free motion quilting inhibitions (based on my fear of imperfection) and I THANK YOU!! Your tutorial is wonderfully detailed, I feel as if I’m standing in the room in real time. I’m ready to dive in! It only took 45 years to get here 😂. Bravo to you and your fabulous presentation and instruction!

Thank you so much for the great tips & ideas. Just started FMQ and drawing helps immensely. I put a piece of card stock in a sheet protector to make a cheap dry erase surface. This provides lots of beginner practice without using a lot of paper. Once I get the hang of it, I switch to paper. Thank you again

Hi, I just found your first FMQ video and am enjoying your style of teaching. I am not a true beginner but still have lots to learn. I am a strong believer in pen and paper "doodling" to build muscle memory. When learning a motif that way, you are better prepared to do it at the sewing machine. OH, you and I have the same Janome sewing machine. Although the model has been out for many years, I was able to purchase a new one that came with a great bundle a few years ago and I love it! It has more than enough features for me. I upgraded to this machine and love having the 9" throat space. I am excited to learn from you and love how you explain things in detail without you rushing through something. (I also am a Angela Walters fan). Thanks again.... Jackson
