Steps to use the Snellen's Chart:
1) Measure the height of Letter "E" in millimeters and multiply by 0.223. The result shows the distance at which you must be placed, in feet.
2) Test your visual acuity with proper correction (contact lenses or glasses)
3) Test one eye at a time. Start with the right eye, covering the left one without pressing on it. Then, examine the left eye by doing the opposite. If you are using corrective glasses, you can cover the eye with a sheet of paper.
4) To make the examination easier and faster, another person can help you by showing the letters you must read among the lines of letters.
If you feel you are having frequent headache or eye strain then this video is for you. It is a free eye test for kids, as well as online vision test for adults which will help you to know whether to visit your optometrist or eye doctor and whether you need glasses for vision correction.

Then your vision is 6/6 partial. If you do not feel any problem/blur vision in day to day life, then it's ok. Otherwise, you can get your eyes checked and see 6/6.

Mobile phone 25-32 cm ki range(normal reading range)me rehna chahiye. And exercises se specs ki power change nahi hoti but overall eye health better hoti hai, eyes oe strain nahi padta.

Yes, most probably. But if you are ok with your current glasses and they are fine(no scratches etc) you can continue with them. But, if you have any difficulty in vision, please get your eyes checked.

No it's ok. Normally humein 1 eye se zyada clear dikhta hai aur 1 se thida sa blurry. Agar iske alawa koi air problem nahi hai jaise headache ya eye strain, then chashme ki koi zarurat nahi hai

There could be a slight change in number. But If you are comfortable in day to day life, you can continue with the same number. Also, get your eyes checked before getting new glasses.
