The music you use, however free seems as if it was created exactly for your type of paintings. It’s your trademark now, and to change it would shift the already incredible vibe you have going on your videos. This musics evokes so much ethereal serenity. It truly is almost therapeutic to watch you paint, ramble as you say and soak up the whole experience with the music as a bookend to to all. Thanking you isn’t words enough to express how your videos bless my everyday life.😊❤ But, I’ll say it again. HUGE HUGS AND THANKS STUART.

So true about school, especially intellectual rigidity and the conformity required. It takes decades for some of us in terms of being free and trusting ourselves. I do like seeing the hand, arm and shoulder movement- like a conductor who shows us where the orchestra is going. Stuart shows how the entire body creates the work in a sort of intuitive fashion.

I much prefer no music. I like it peaceful and quiet. I'm at an age where music interferes with my ability to hear you. I much prefer listening to you talk. And i love the sound of your brushes on the canvas. Music tends to give me a headache. I skip videos with it. I love this video btw. This is one of my favorites. Thank you so much.

Nice painting for how quick. When you moved the camera so the sunshine reflection on the right side of the canvas was gone, that was much nicer. Good attention to detail, thanks. Great watch. I was mesmerized the whole way through

You made that look almost effortless! Keep ranting Stuart, even though subtitles might not always get the right words 😂, it's good to know I'm not the only one who felt let down by school in the 60's. I'm one of those you touched upon, have the insight into painting after reading, but then fail to grasp the nuance of what to do! Where was youtube in the 80's and 90's. I've learned much more from your videos than decades of trying and muddling.

Hi. I like the music you choose. I find it “fits” the painting, fits the mood. I also think that’s a great idea to give us a little painting. That’s really something I would cherish. I definitely love your work and love watching you paint. Thanks so much. I also get a kick out of some of the things you say. I like how you teach. And I hope you are feeling well. I always look forward to seeing your videos and you. Thanks.

Thanks so much for another great video! I really like watching your painting process, and it's especially great that you explain and tell, share your thoughts during painting. I have had a break in painting, but now watching this video, I want to pick up the brush again :) . Your choice of music is very good, it fits very well, it is calm, mood-creating and at the same time calming. Many thanks again, dear teacher!

Keep the music, it is as others have mentioned, a hallmark of your videos! Thanks for working on a smaller panel especially with a palet knife! Regarding those that may unscribe, I wonder if you are being blamed for the advertisements that so jarringly interupt your videos? I know you have no control over these, since it is driven by KZfaq, but it might be a good idea to periodicly remind your viewers about this fact of streaming life on the web.

Listen you are fabulous but like most artist types you seem to doubt yourself. And don't worry about people cancelling their subscriptions as there are a lot of weird people online. They probably cancel because you are not a trendy arty type. And online they are all doing this abstract stuff where they use all sorts of tools and gums and glazing textures. And they don't use brushes. Your stuff would be too hard for most of these abstract followers. Just my ideas.
