Jahil hukumat ki jahilana soach. Instead of providing solar panel system to one million houses, why can't they install Solar energy park of capacity to provide solar energy to one million small consumers. Otherwise it will be just another scam, some punjab government favorite will be given contract, and all investment will go waste.

Apart from nepra if you visit other govt offices you may witness such officials and poor behaviour in almost all departments. From corruptuon, inefficiency,mis management to lack of problem solving capabilities and above of all having no will to improve their work performance.
