I don't see Atlas MSC skin here. And I know how to get pharsa skin in MSC support chest. You need draw in the 3 day left, 2 day left, or 1 day left. Because it's only 1 draw to get pharsa skin without too many diamond. Same happened in M4 support chest and M5 support chest with only 1 draw too
