@@Theotheskycreator fyi, in any of these videos the paid stuff has the season icon in the top left corner, the free stuff does not, so you can check which is which based on what the creator has selected. I hope everything stays the same because right now both the outfits and fluffy black cape look great and I'm not looking to splurge more money

Hello, the free cosmetics mean that they are obtainable without spending any money on the game, but you do have to put in time and effort to get the candles which is in-game currency to buy them. When Season of Passage starts, you’ll be able to start collecting the seasonal candles for the accessories!

The office. You need special cape to get in there and it's IAP

It's in the vault down a little passage. You usually need the special Cape, but you can get in without the Cape during events as well. There's a guide who'll get you through the gate
