Tony has seen many guys like this dude, all copying his style. This guy is ok, not a stand out though. Tony Rice was the greatest influencer in acoustic guitar in the last 50 years.

He’s improvising and only using some of Tony’s licks. Trust me, he can play it exact. That wasn’t his goal here. His breaks are different every single time.
