We head to Cape Cod, MA to go freediving for Jonah crab with an old friend from high school. Since it’s summer, we made a classic New England dish, Lobster/Crab rolls!
Lobster Roll
Ingredients: Lobster, Crab, New-England Style Rolls, Butter, Lettuce (optional)
1. Dispatch lobster and/or crab
2. Cook shellfish in boiling water for 3-5 minutes to pre-cook
3. De-shell and save all meat
4. On low-medium heat, melt butter. Do not let the butter brown
5. Poach the shellfish in the butter for 3-5 minsters until butter is absorbed
6. Butter pan and toast bread
7. Assemble and enjoy!
