Great video! Getting ready for scallop season here in Belleview Florida, July 1st. We went scalloping one year and I hade a necklace with a Snook charm, ( back in the early 90’s). The water was very tanic from the rain, like watered down coffee. Saw a drop off and thought this would be a good place to fish. Saw about 5 or 6 dark shadows about 8 ft down. They came straight up and started attacking my necklace and charm. Tried to cover it up with my left hand but then they attacked my wedding ring. I looked like a Rapala lure out there. They followed me all the way back to the boat. Got back in the boat and forgot to bring any fishing poles. I think they were Cobia or Reds of decent size. No scallops or fish that day. My wife and I no longer wear jewelry while in the water.

It’s so cool to see the differences in the reefs and ocean bottoms that you all dive into! I’m not a swimmer, so these videos are really a learning experience for me. I think marine life is absolutely fascinating! And the food........I’m jealous!
