This was a fun day with a doggo named Nola who came to our office with a chewed harness (for our chewing replacement warranty!). She was so much fun and such a sweet girl that we used the opportunity to show how to put her new Freedom Harness on her. We also show adjusting and some other small tips.

This video is SLIGHTLY better than the one I was pointed to via VR code on their pamphlet, but not much. Specific instructions on which way to adjust the straps (move the metal up/down to make the harness smaller/larger) would be incredibly helpful. This is my fourth freedom harness and I DO love them, but I don’t want to have to figure this out myself after a long day. Alas, I will and I have.

Feel like I'm going crazy. Am I just stupid? Why is it so difficult to understand how to adjust the size to fit it tighter?

why do you obstruct the screen with another small video just when I want to see the way to fit on dog?

I pushed up just a bit on the main video screen and it cleared the small video. Have to keep your finger on the main screen, though.

How am I supposed to watch this video when half of it is blocked by a pop up for another video, directly in the middle of the screen? Totally not helpful.

A video link to "Freedom No-Pull Harness-Enjoy your walks again!" shows up in the middle of the video screen at the most important part ☹ I already have the harness, I am just trying to figure out if I am making it too snug on my dog??

2 fingers should fit inbetween. Snug but not digging in.
