Dr. Mufti Yasir Nadeem, aka Mufti Yasir Nadeem al Wajidi is the director of Darul Uloom Online, a lead teacher of the Institute of Islamic Education Elgin IL. USA and Jamiatul Hasnain Indiana USA. He is a writer, a public speaker and a strong voice for the rights of minorities in India. He is the host of an online talk show, Surgical Strike. He is also the deputy chairman of an Islamic research journal, Islamic Literature Review.
He graduated from Darul Uloom Deoband in the year 2001. He also completed a one year course in the Arabic Language and Literature in 2002, and followed that with a one year Ifta (Legal Verdicts) course in 2003. In 2004, he moved to the United States of America (USA) to earn a postgraduate degree in Arabic literature in 2005. In 2012, he completed his Ph.D. at the International Islamic University, Malaysia and his area of specialization was the Prophetic Sciences.
He authored a best seller in 2004, Globalization and Islam. In 2014, he authored an Urdu book, Tarikh e Tajdeed e Deen and a trilingual dictionary, al Qamus al Asri.

Bahi simple see bat hai, Islam is not a democracy nor does it allow freedom of speech. In Islam Khalifa is everything, what ever they say everyone must follow. Now the question is its been more then 1400 years, why isn't there a pure Islamic system in the world? Naturally if it's a great system, every country in the world will want to adopt it.

No the open preaching of any religion in an islamic state is prohibited because it is against the objective of shariah which tries to protect protect five things, progeny, honour, religion, wealth, and sound intellect. Just as a secular state wont endure preaching of an ideology that harm its ideological foundations i.e in a secular liberal capitalist society you cannot preach communist marxist ideology or fascism openly. They protect their secular liberal capitalist ideological foundations just as islamic state protects its ideological foundations of Islam. Practicing religions don't subvert their ideological foundations they know it, but if religion is thought to be subverting the ideological foundations of any secular liberal capitalist state then that state crushes such religious expression. You hv example in french secular liberal society and turkiye where religious expression has been suppressed for years now
