phaxux yeah, don't worry, the song was removed and replaced with an ost The way that game works is the community makes maps and pick a song they like to play during the level, then AFTER the level is accepted the owner of the game gets a new song made to avoid copyright. Should probably make a new song first but whatever...

"Hyah!" "Hyah!" I love BGMs that contain little bits of vocals, lol. This is a very upbeat track that made me think this game was awesome like 10 seconds in, and the game continued to deliver as I played it, even after the first stage.

This is the kind of game that, while you were still in Kindergarten, you'd watch an older kid play on his Windows 98 computer at his house. But then again, this is based on my own memory, which this game effectively evoked, so I don't really expect any of you to relate.

True. I still have fuzzy memories of my big sister playing what I recently realized was Jet Set Radio. Back then I only remembered her character skating around what looked like a big underground skate park, and dancing when left idle for a little while.

I really love this game. It really does give you the nostalgia of a Sega Genesis, on top of that this song reminds me of Ragnarok Online... Even with all of the gaming I've done in the past 20 years, I've enjoyed this game more than any sonic game I've ever played. ♥

Yeah I agree with you there. It would be nice to see this game get a bit more publicity. Though I fear it may become a fan base much like the over rated. FNAF games. It's true the story for the game are amazing... Though some fans take it a bit too far, and too seriously xP I do hope to see another release of Freedom Planet. Maybe more about the red scarves, and possibly about what the chasers were like. Or maybe more about Milla's past. :3

Kiritsune I agree the FNAF story is really interesting and has became overrrated, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing; instead, that just means it did really well and that's fine. But, there are games like Freedom Planet that isn't well known to the audience and should gain more recognition. Oh yeah dude! The developers said they're done with Torque and Spade's character move sets and will make an expansion to the series sometime. :D

Grubbo Exactly, any youtuber who's a let's player like Markiplier or Game Grumps would bring the game more audience and perhaps new fans. It's because of Game Grumps that I bought Shovel Knight, Binding of Isaac, and VVVVVV.

Ahhh, Freedom Planet. Still a pretty fantastic game even in 2019 (yes, this game is 5 years old btw) Good music, good levels, good bosses, good replayability, what more can you ask? Can't wait for the second game coming out.

I just discovered this game in 2023 and I'm surprised I didn't hear of it before, it's like really super good? Gameplay, graphism and music-wise. The team did an amazing work, hope they will get the recognition they deserve!!

Logan The Jade Creek "level 1" theme is a respectable theme, sure, but THIS theme, Dragon Valley "level 1", WRECKS all other level themes. I put this theme alongside all times greats such as "Green Hill Zone", "Emerald Hill" & "Splash Hill Zone" themes in terms of *classic and memorable*. My opinion. :P
