Yes- found out that going outside helps my sinus congestion and pressure. It’s so weird. As I move more it get better

Good info. I use serrapeptase enzyme to help thin nasal mucus for better breathing.

Make sure you look your brand up on line, some Cinnamon is lead contaminated, especially the cheaper types

Another tip, Amanda. Quercetin and bromelain for allergies (quercetin) and anti-inflammatory (bromelain), both natural and can be given to most pets, too. Thanks for your tips! I'll follow them up. Glad to see you bright as ever.

Hello Angela I have a question I started taking quercetin with bromelain but seems is not working in my issues I been diagnosed contact dermatitis. Please advice. Thanks maybe it didn't effect me I need to take them and follow instructions take 2 capsules 20 mins before meals. I bought that in Amazon name brand is NOW. What brand are u taking? Can u give me some advice about quercetin on that thank u.

How do you make the rolly ball? How many drops of each do you use?

For little people, we only use 2 drops each of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint in a 10ml roller ball. (You can purchase roller balls on amazon.) For adults, I use 5 drops each. Feel free to email me at amanda@myfreedomacres.com if you need more help. ;)
