@@marcthomas2482 It's a .45 long colt that can fit a .410. Legally a handgun because it's rifled and not actually chambered for .410. This can only be done with chambers compatible with a .410 though, because any shotgun gauge larger would be over a half-inch bore diameter, and that basically mean's you're domestic terrorist in possession of a destructive device or whatever stupid shit the government comes up with.

The six inch version would be awesome, but sadly we can't have such things in the US without jumping through hoops, so often times cool stuff made in other countries just never gets imported. I have basically the same thing in 410 though, called the Rossi Brawler here. It's a fun gizmo. I'll have to look and see if the 18" versions are sold here as those would be perfectly legal. Enjoy you cool toys, friend.

See now that's the last choice I would pick for a riot gun. I'm thinking more like a combat shotgun that holds nine rounds like maybe the Mossberg Maverick 88. But I would love to have one of these guns you're showing just for taking a long on hikes and would be great in the survival situation because you can do the 410 shot or the 45 Colt for bigger game. Seems like it would be small and lightweight and really quick to get on target with a squirrel or rabbit and if you're really talking feeding yourself in a survival situation small game is the way to go!

Not intended for combat but possibly police officers, stand offs with the public. It's common for security forces to be armed but not armed with the capability to do a ton of damage

I made a 5"3/4. Pistal and I love it and most people ain't got the guts to shoot it, I use a 3" slug I don't know if it is legal here in the states but I don't care

Cut off that flash hider with a hacksaw. You will be deaf if you have to use it inside. A 20 guage would be even nicer. A 3" 20 guage buckshot will clear a room.

@@hazcat640 I had almost every reloading die you could have back in the 80s, 45 long Colt was a black powder pistol,they worked up smokeless load for it,I think is was around 750-900fps with a 250grain lead bullet,38 special is about 18000-20.000, the problem with the 45long colt,the brass is very thin,I had one,I didn't like it at All,=just use .410 slugs, Play it safe,just like zip guns, they work great until they blow up, seem less steel pipe,last longer, they were generally used for hits or to get a real gun,then u can use it for a club,or water

@@raymondgatley8793 Sorry, but there is no such round as the 'long' Colt. It was patented as the 45 Colt. The Army supply decided to have the Colt marked as the 'long' Colt in an attempt to get the correct bullet to the correct gun as the Scofield could not fire the 45 Colt. Whether BP or smokeless the correct name is simply 45 Colt.
