If you really want to stay healthy don't use any kind of chemical like gasoline or kerosene to light your fire for cooking and only locally made coconut oil that has no chemicals added to fry or cook the food ,you really want to be healthy find out from the old folks how things were done the natural way before all these big grocery stores started popping up all over the island selling their chemical filled products
