It is eatable it came what things u where put inside the fridge from water , cool drinks , vegetables . If u eat ice u will hate the food it will cause iron defecency lead to anemia so u can eat ice but also take good iron contain foods like fish meat green leaf ,rice wheat 😇 good intake will not cause any damage . U can also search in google can i eat frezzerfrost ?? For more details 😎

Mmm! That shaved frosty ice sure do look good. I tasted some frost from an upright freezer it was so good. I love shaved ice. If you ask me. I totally believe that eating shaved ice would make a very good diet.
