I’m on a diet as well, walking is great for burning calories and long term increasing rate of energy, fruits like berries are grate sources of vitamins while also containing a lot of sugar that reacts to your body similarly to processed sugar, so I recommend including some lettuce or bell peppers to eat before the fruits so it lowers glucose/sugar spikes, that way the benefit of walking can be enhanced with the benefit of less glucose/sugar spikes, of course it is completely fine to have fruit, and sweets though. Appreciate the info. I’ve been lifting and doin callistinics cardio. Down 19lbs and still goin strong. Life change is hard but it’s gonna be great. I do meal prep. Carbs, fats, protein. Really good balance. Keep after it 🤟🏻
