I made a chubby crab sandwich that tastes good and looks good.
I can make it the day before and refrigerate it, so it's good for a busy breakfast.

- 15g (1Tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 5g (0.5tsp) Sugar

- 175g Crab meat
- 2Tbsp Chopped onion
- 23g (1.5Tbsp) mayonnaise
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar or honey
- 4g (0.5tsp) Lemon juice
- Black pepper

- 30g (2Tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 15g (1Tbsp)Mustard
- 15g (1Tbsp) Honey
- 3g (1tsp) Lemon juice

✤ Tips
- The taste varies greatly depending on the quality of the crab meat. I recommend the high crab meat content.
- A lot of crab meat and eggs are used, so you need to add less vegetables to make it look pretty.

- If you want to add a bit of spiciness, you can add chili sauce to the crab sauce.
