Redondo Beach in SoCal has a similar service. Seafood Quality is the name I believe. La Paradeta might be a little more formal than Seafood Quality. Good one Jay!

great video and it looks delicious, but one thing the restaurant can improve, have a glass shield between the food and the patrons, many people when they talk spit, to me it’s safer and a must, have seen it in other restaurants and it’s more appealing to me

Hi Jjay! Yet another yummy video from Barcelona! I'm thinking of traveling in the next few weeks as well as in November, with a big possibility that it'll be a solo trip. What's your opinion of traveling to Spain in the fall? Tbh, I'm a little intimidated by the thought of doing it alone so I might join a tour group. Also, any suggestions for places in July? Thanks again for the foodie post. Now I need to get me some seafood to curb the craving before checking out La Paradeta. Good thing I'm in SD. I just wish we had something like La Boqueria here. I didn't get to see on my first trip to Espana.

Hi Aimee! That is AWESOME! I love solo trips! Spain in the fall is awesome because the weather gets like San Diego and there's plenty to do and some festivals like La Merce. Have you gone to Point Loma Seafood here in SD? Not quite like La Paradeta but still fresh seafood! As for suggestions in July, have you made it up to Seattle or Portland yet?

@@Jaycation Thanks for the tip! I'll have to check out Point Loma Seafood. I've got the day free, so maybe I'll even go tomorrow! Speaking of the Pacific NW--I LOVE Seattle and Portland. In fact, I've taken many trips to Stumptown and may consider moving there eventually, although I hear the cost of living is slowly on the rise, thanks to all the Californians who are relocating there. Still, I love that city!

So Jay, which do prefer living in Spain or the Philippines? Being raised in the US, I prefer Spain over the Philippines.

I've never stayed in the Philippines for longer than a month but I would definitely say Spain. I'm currently back in the states but wish that i was in Barcelona still!
