This is SO IMPORTANT 🙌🏼 I hope you know that this will literally change people’s lives- seeing someone we admire talk about mental health issues in a format that is easily consumable will revolutionize mental health as we know it. I’m so glad you use your platform as a safe space for others to express themselves. No one is exempt from suffering with mental illness. Would love to see your favourite jewellery collection (other than your collection with Staxx even tho i know it’s your favourite bc it’s so beautiful!) Also, when it comes to mental health, it’s all about progression not perfection. Taking care of yourself and getting to know and love yourself is so important! Do the things you value and not the things other people expect 💛

It’s very important to speak about mental health issues since a lot of people believe they are the only ones struggling with them. Speaking about them make other people that they are not alone. I also suffer from panic attacks and since no one had the same issue in my close circle i was feeling alone. That changed when in one of my uni courses our professor told us that she has panic attacks and half of the classroom also said that they experience them, so from one hand i felt that I wasn’t alone and from the other hand it showed me that you never no what people go through.

I adore you! I have struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life (45 now). When I was younger it was taboo to talk about such things. I am so grateful we are in a place in our world we’re we can be honest about our struggles. We all have them, some are just better at hiding them. we are all fucked up to some degree, there is no such thing as a perfect life❤️.

Always funny, always kind and thank you so much for doing this one and done eye look in that amazing color. I’ve said this on your channel before but maybe because I was an adolescent in the 70s, your makeup always touches on something that is sentimental to me, but in an updated way. I’m sorry that anybody wouldn’t be kind in response to your honesty. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and it sucks. i was hospitalized over this past weekend due to my anxiety, i needed fluids from throwing up and anxiety medication to calm me from shaking. i know you didn’t get too much into the details but from what you described, i relate to you immensely. i hope you’re doing so much better, and i will always miss your videos when you’re away but i understand if you need to take a break. you do that when you need to and everyone here will be waiting for you to return

I tried some of that Weleda ultra rich cream you use and WOW is it wonderful. After wearing a mask all day that dries out my skin something terrible, this cream feels so good and my skin just sucks it up. Thanks you for the recommendation.
