i love malunggay or in English name moringga.. it's is yummy and healthy green leafy vegetables you pick , that's is my best foods I eaten here in Philippines .. I am proud to be a bisaya that's is my dishes specialty law, oy or utan in bisaya 🤗🤗☺️

In the Philippines we call also that moringa and that vegetables are nutrients and very healthy food and the way you cook is good if we cook that way we call tinolang manok in tagalog its like how you cook

You pick only the young fruit of moringa, for useven the little big one as long not really hard, then take out the skin of that then slice like long beans, then stir fry with Pork belly garlic, onion and tomatoes 🍅🍅, ni eyour recipe too chicken moringa and papaya soup😋🥰👍

The knowledge he is learning from you big sister & the respect & smile on his face. That's the way families should be cooking from Nature. Unfortunately, here in the states ALOT of that knowledge has been lost. Farming, Cooking together at home is almost non existent, but I think its turning. Foraging from what plants you have when u know what they are & growing & learning about edible plants is so important.. Your brother is getting so tall & handsome. How many brothers & sisters do u have.. Loved the weddings.. So beautiful

We have Moringa, but it's like a sugar.. I've never tried the actual fruit it self. I dontbeven know where I would get the seeds or fruit itself, not many Markets that carry that kind of food like yours.. I'd love to know where I could get some seeds or maybe find a Cambodian friend that could sends me seeds to grow.. Lol 😉
